- Delivery Timeline: Links are typically sent within 1 to 10 hours of purchase.
- Digital Nature: Due to the digital nature of our products (4K drone footage and high-resolution images), all sales are final once the download link has been sent.
3. Service Limitations
- Flight Regulations: All drone operations, including custom shoots for agricultural monitoring or “Travaux Divers,” are conducted in compliance with Moroccan aviation laws and local permits.
- Weather Conditions: For custom projects, Tay Videos reserves the right to reschedule flights due to adverse weather or safety concerns to ensure the highest quality footage.
4. User Responsibilities
- Accuracy of Information: You must provide a valid email address to ensure the successful delivery of your purchased content.
- Unauthorized Use: You may not use our content for any illegal purposes or in a manner that defames the subjects or locations captured, such as private property in the El Hanchane region or elsewhere.
